Happy Valentine’s Day! Even though this Sunday is a special day I never give up on my morning routine. Especially in the weekend when I have more time to relax and prepare healthy food and drink. Yesterday I bought all ingredients needed at the supermarket and prepared one of my favorite detox drink. It helps my body flush out toxins and you should definitely try it!
How to make your own green detox drink?
Fill in your bottle with 3/4 water. Then add lime and cucumber slices, fresh mint leaves and a tiny piece of ginger. Let it sit overnight in the fridge so that flavors infuse the water. And that’s it!
Lime will help cleanse your body. Cucumber is excellent for rehydration and contains anti-inflammatory properties. Mint is helpul for digestion and adds a sweetness to your drink. Eventually, ginger will enable to settle your stomach and cleanse system.
